Tier 10 2-Piece: Your Flash Heal has a 33% chance to cause the target to heal for 33% of the healed amount over 9 sec. - This set bonus' entire strength will be dependent on if it stacks/rolls (like blessed recovery/deep wounds) or re-writes itself. The HoT will heal for around 1650 health (assuming ticks at 3/6/9 seconds they will be ~550 health while crits bump it to 825 health per tick and 2500ish total). Honestly, as a holy priest this feels like a very poor bonus. The good part about it is 33% proc chance is quite high even with the heal being weak. As disc, it is just a drop in the bucket of tank healing. However, if it does roll/stack then it will be awesome for disc priests. (statck for the moment)
